Our Sales Operations organization is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who is driven by a sense of “team success”! What You Will Do:
Work closely with, and provide support for, our domestic team of Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of our CRM (Salesforce.com)
Continually enhance knowledge of our products enabling you to provide guidance in building out complex sales quotes
Gain a deep understanding of the current sales processes and assist the team in refining and implementing them
Partner with our Sales Enablement team to become the resident subject matter expert on CRM (Salesforce.com) and other sales automation tools
Co-host and support our twice weekly Deal Desk meeting
Review and provide feedback to new AE’s going through CPQ/SFDC training via MindTickle
Assist in onboarding new team members to the Sales Ops team
Assist in structuring complex sales deals, providing flexibility, while aligning to rev rec requirements
Liaise with multiple cross-functional teams in supporting the sales team’s needs
Support the team with ad hoc projects coming from multiple cross-functional teams
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree preferred or prior work-related experience
1+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity
An interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in a support capacity
Knowledge of a variety of software applications, including Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed
Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and commitment to customer service
Knowledge of online web-based meeting technology such as Teams or Zoom or other similar products and technologies a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
The starting pay for this role is $24.00 per hour.
Pay progression is based on performance.
